Mitt Will be Fine

07 Nov

The Caymans are still there.

He’ll never have to give up his secret tricks for avoiding income taxes.  (all legal, of course)

Dressage won’t go away

The car elevator will actually get some use,… he’ll be home more

He can quit pretending he has nothing to do with Bain Capital anymore

He can quit thumping his chest about getting tough with China, …. and go back to making the sweet deals he always has, and sending American jobs to them with relative impunity

He doesn’t have to be polite to the Brits anymore. He can tell them what he really thinks of them

The tithing to the Mormon church can go back to being the nice, secret, tax avoidance system that it used to be

He can keep thinking that the Soviet Union is America’s current biggest geopolitical foe,… and nobody will ask any questions

And the biggest relief will have to be being able to dispense with that annoying feeling he experienced when he had to try to connect with those common people types that he’s had to have contact with recently. That must have been tough

And maybe he can stop pretending he lives in Massachusetts! If Mitt wants to secure a legacy other than loser he can issue a statement telling Republicans to negotiate in good faith for the good of the country. But I don’t think he has it in him.

People in Mass. have made it clear they don’t want him. Lost the state by something like 28 points.
No, he’s an opportunistic, serial liar.
He will never do anything that doesn’t benefit Mitt Romney directly.
I’m not sure you can provide proof that he would have been worse than Newt or Rick Santorum, let’s say. But only because they all show a little different set of evils.
